please my petition was received last year April 2024, uscis online account showing 15months until decision. please is the counting starting from 15months last year or 15months to this time.

Hello everyone l received RFE and l just emailed my lawyer, l assume he must have received the letter explaining what they news from me, or is there another way to see if it, an account with USCIS or something (online) please let me know

My Dec 2021 people what happened to approvals? 😭😭

Hey fam, The Dec 2021 people, it has been silent! have they slowed down? Also, I no longer see that graph from lawfully that shows the trend of cases. What happened to it!? 😭😭😭

How long does I-131 form take?

I applied for it in Feb/12/25 and the biometric was applied in Feb/15/25. Now wondering weather to prepare myself for traveling abroad after 4-6 months.

How long did your I-131 form take as US Refugee Permanent Resident?

I applied for I-131 form in FEB/12/25 and got my biometric applied in Feb/15/25. And hoping to receive it soon, because I want to travel internationally for at least 2-3 months. Any suggestions weather to book a flight or wait?

I-485 based in EB1 should be approved in less than 6 months. So the EAD, which is necessary to work in the US while the main case is being reviewed, should be approved within 30 days. It seems reasonable.

What is the criteria?

Guys, i just would like to know the USCIS criteria. I submitted my applications on Dec. 24 and nothing so far. Many applicants that submitted after me have already received their combo cards. It's frustating! I'm happy for them, but concerned about my cases. If the analisys main criteria is the order which cases are received, I supposed to have my combo card too at this time! Me, my wife and kids! No EAD, no parole, no nothing. I need to work! Backlog its not an excuse when we realize what's happenning.

NVC interview scheduling for consular processing help please!

so I recently got an email from the NVC saying that my documents were finally complete, they said they would work with the office in my country(Paraguay) to schedule an interview. I am so excited!!🎉 I just want to know if there is anything I have to do now or if I have to wait for them to send me a confirmation? I'm getting a little anxious just waiting, I don't want to accidentally miss a step. Please help! #CR1 #Marriage #NVC

(filling out on computer)it asks for household size then ask to add all the numbers up and fill how many in last box and i think im suppose to have 2 but it's prefilled/won't let me change it from 1 it would be just me and my wife according to the questions help need please. also if I print it would still have just 1 there so I'm I'm guessing I just leave it?
