EAD EXPEDIATED REQUEST DENIED BY USCIS
I have a job offer in hand with Apple INC . I have filed my green card on April 24th 2026 and my wife is a USC. I have my interview scheduled on 6th August . I got a job offer on June 17th 2026 . I tried requesting for expediated request on the grounds of severe financial lose but it got denied . I also reached out to the senate office and asked for the congressional inquiry and have received no response yet . I am a Texas resident btw . does anyone know how to navigate this situation.

@Siddharth kela put in another request online upload as much evidence as you can past due notices , late payments minimum payments only on credit card and a letter explaining your hardship upload as solicited evidence on your 765 then submit hardship email. also at the same time submit the same info via your local congressman and his should help . keep me posted

since they moving so fast they hardly approving ead and you already scheduled for interview in August, just try to see if the job offer can hold until after the interview @Siddharth kela when I file I didn’t receive any ead but I got approved 4 months after and I recently saw they terminated the ead

@kk h I understand your point . but the thing is now even after the interview is done they are taking very long time to approve green card and mailing it . My employer won’t wait that long as it’s very uncertain

@D B I mentioned all the things which you mentioned along with the proof of how I am doing delayed payments etc still USCIS denied . I verified it with my lawyer as well where he mentioned to note that I don’t have health insurance as well and so on . after all these documentation and proof it still got denied . I have reached out to my congressmen and have sent all the proofs and they have sent the congressional inquiry to USCIS . USCIS still hasn’t responded to that as well . even my company wrote a supporting letter stating this offer is conditional and will be terminated if I don’t recieved EAD ON TIME . still no impact

@Shelly Clark Hey do you think I can start working once I have the approval notice or I need to wait to get my EAD in hand
Siddharth kelaAug 15, 2026
@a a what thing worked for me consistent calling USCIS . once they reject the request call them and ask them to create a expediated request . once they create the request then upload the documents separately rather than everything in once document

@Siddharth kela you will need the EAD in hand to start working.
