EAD EXPEDIATED REQUEST DENIED BY USCIS
I have a job offer in hand with Apple INC . I have filed my green card on April 24th 2026 and my wife is a USC.
I have my interview scheduled on 6th August . I got a job offer on June 17th 2026 . I tried requesting for expediated request on the grounds of severe financial lose but it got denied . I also reached out to the senate office and asked for the congressional inquiry and have received no response yet . I am a Texas resident btw .
does anyone know how to navigate this situation.

@Siddharth kela put in another request online upload as much evidence as you can past due notices , late payments minimum payments only on credit card and a letter explaining your hardship upload as solicited evidence on your 765 then submit hardship email. also at the same time submit the same info via your local congressman and his should help . keep me posted

since they moving so fast they hardly approving ead and you already scheduled for interview in August, just try to see if the job offer can hold until after the interview @Siddharth kela
when I file I didn’t receive any ead but I got approved 4 months after and I recently saw they terminated the ead
