any idea of current timelines for a marriage-based adjustment of status?
hello
I’m trying to get an idea of current timelines for a marriage-based adjustment of status.
My timeline:
* Married to a U.S. citizen: July 2024
* Filed I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 concurrently
* EAD and Advance Parole approved: December 2024
* I-130 approved: July 2025
* Marriage interview completed: August 14, 2025
* No Request for Evidence (RFE) after the interview
* I-485 is still pending and shows no final decision.
Has anyone had a similar timeline where the I-130 was approved but the I-485 remained pending after the interview? How long did it take for your green card to be approved after that?

Filed i-130, i-485 and i-765 December2024
Ead approved: March 2025
interview completed : 7/7/2025
Both are still pending. It's been past two years of our marriage, so we might as wait for this month and take action starting next month if there's no news
