I485 outside normal processing time
Hi everyone!
my i485 is outside normal processing time.
I already sent an inquiry on February 7th 2025, and USCIS said they would give me a response within 60 days. Today is 59th day, lol.
I haven't received any update.
I spoke to the live agent on chat, and they told me that my case is already in the field office.
I am F2A, and my priority date is 03/08/2021.
My i130, i765, i131 were already approved a long time ago, and the last update of the i485 was a year ago "actively reviewing". Anyone here who has sent an inquiry and received a response? Could you share your experience?

EB5 I-526 to I-485 timeline
Hello,
I am new to this community. My timeline for EB5 is as follows:
Country: India
I-131 approved in Oct 2022
I-526 sent to the Dept of State in Aug 2023 (no update since)
I-485 filed concurrently, case remains pending.
Did anyone with a similar timeline receive their I-526 and I-485 yet? Any ideas around expected timeline?

my interview was scheduled for may. i still cant believe how fast it was. marriage based gc. no conditional because i applied for greencard during the pandemic 2019 (year i was married). and only on 2022 i got my greencard. i applied for citizenship 3 months before the 3year rule. Any advise for the interview?

issues with uploading files
Hello = I submitted n=400 application recently. After reading some articles here I realized that I should have included a lot more supporting information. I started uploading a file with the deed and it uploaded just fine. Then I tried to move on to the net files and I continue to get an error instructing me to try later. I have tried many times (over several days), but it is not working. I have tried Chrome and Edge. I have deleted cache of both browsers. I have tried from my mobile phone. I have renamed files to DOC1.pdf and DOC2.pdf. both of these files are tiny (about 30 and 70 KB).
Did anyone else run into this? What was the solution?

I can confirm that close friends and family members have received a letter to vacate the US before April 25th 2025. I've translated the letter using Google Translate.
