@November 2022 I think it’s depends on your case mine was a green card holder and it took 42 months for my VAWA to get approved without any RFE.

@November 2022 I filed VAWA January 22 and VAWA approved July 2025 and green card approved April 2026 and I am from one of the pause country

my abuse gc holder and my vawa took 26 month and 4 more month for 485 . for vawa gc or citizen no metter but 485 gc or citizen metter .
