June bolletin F2A is now above my priority date. I'm F2A from El Salvador does anybody knows how much time it will take for me to receive the interview letter?

Initial OPT and Travel
Initial OPT NP. Receipt date 03/17. Site says my case is taking longer than usual to process and start date for work is Aug 5th. I have to travel back to my home country for an emergency and will should renew my visa in that time too. What are the odds of getting my card before July 2nd (travel date)? Should I have it mailed to me if it arrives and I am out of the country? Will I be able to re-new visa/re-enter with the receipt notice if it doesn't get here before I return in early August?
