@K K My Thank you! case has always been at NBC. I am ROW PD IS JULY 2023. I ported my EB2 PD to EB1. MSC24908. your case will be approved soon

@Asomasi Yaw first congratulations, I am also ported from EB-2 NIW to EB-1A, today my EAD is approved, and I submitted my documents to USCIS on 21 Aug 2024 and I did a biometric on 18 Sept 2024… I am in the ROW

@Najeeb Ullah Thank you. I believe you will be approved by the end of the year once visas are available for category and you don't get any RFE.

@FARASH Go green I used a lawyer for my approved EB2. But for the EB1 I didn't use a lawyer.
