if you cannot wait any longer, and tried local congress and inquiries, you can file mandamus as pro se, you will get decision within 60 days.

@Jacob Needham This makes me very sad 😔 I’m at the same service center for my two children and nothing from usci smh. I thought the fee that went up was to help out to employ more people smh. I did not know this would be so stressful. God please bless USCI with all that’s good so that they will be able to help others plz AMEN.

you’ve got this!! we’re august 29, 2023 and I believe we’ll have news mid or late November. People with your dates are already being approved! Your approval should come soon. I know it’s been a long journey for us all but at the end we get to be with our spouses.
