Hi, my wife and I completed our I-485 interview in August 2025. It has been 10 months since our interview. I have been working for my sponsoring employer since 2023 and continue to work there. However, since last year , I have only been working about 25 to 27 hours per week. Today, while I was working at my sponsor's store, a USCIS officer came to the store and interviewed me for more than an hour. In addition to working for my sponsor, my wife and I also work as servers at a restaurant. The USCIS officer asked about the W-2 from the restaurant where my wife works. Since we both work as servers, we earn a decent amount in tips. The officer pointed out that we earn more money at the restaurant than we do with my sponsoring employer. The officer also asked me questions related to BDV Solutions. Last week, I increased my hours with my sponsoring employer to 30 to 35 hours per week, but my pay stubs will not reflect those hours until next week. When the officer asked how many hours I currently work, I answered that I now work 30 to 35 hours per week. The officer requested that I submit my three most recent pay stubs from both jobs, my 2025 W-2s, and the employment contract with my sponsoring employer by tomorrow .However, my most recent pay stubs from my sponsoring employer still show only 25 to 27 hours per week . Should I submit those pay stubs even though they only have 25 hours per week

i751 waiver ( divorce ) interview without lawyer , just me and my interpreter
i want to share my experience today my interview for ROC resident my interview was a 9.30 and she call me at 9.45 the officer wass nice and was quick and smooth she don’t ask questions cause she said i had a lot of evidence // she just ask me to confirm : the year I married and the year I divorce and if a have fisical abuse on my marriage and i said ‘ NO’. she dont want yo see any paper and nothing cause she said everything looks good , but i give her the affidavit from my stepdaughter and she take it and that it // the interview end it at 9.59 she told me everything was good to aproved my case and i gonna received my green card and 3 week o 1 months. thanks lord 🙏🏻 and now i gonna wait to ny profile change to aproved .
