Timeline to receive receipt notice in mail after Filing I-485 (EB2-NIW)
Filed an AOS(EB2-NIW) in March as my Final Action Date is current, I’m a primary dependent and filed with my dependent spouse. I have received a text and the funds have been deducted from my account however, I am still yet to receive Official Receipt Notice in mail.
My Spouse hasn’t received any text or had
the money taken out yet of her account yet. Is this normal and How long do we have to wait for the official receipt notice?

hii has anyone travelled from India to USA recently?
I have clear background I had C1D visa earlier so many guys were travelling with same documents till last year but now days many of them are getting problem for boarding pass
I was trying to get boarding pass few days back but they denied and said documents are invalid i have no idea how airlines are suppose to deny boarding pass
Missed biometric appointment
Is someone else in the same situation? I missed my biometric appointment I-360 due a late mail, I just received the mail after 10 days from the appointment date, how long they will take to mail me another biometric appointment please? I already contacted the USCIS office about that

I missed my biometric appointment I-360 due to a late mail, I received it 10 days after my appointment date, who is the situation and how long they will give me a new biometric appointment? please share your experience with me

After 2+ years since 140 and 485 were concurrently filed (November 2023 to be exact), prem processing for 140, couple of online inquiries and two through congressional inquiry, medical RFE and 2nd biometrics, I finally got the adjustment of status decision today - thank God! hopefully the card will be mailed in the next 2 weeks. Thanks to everyone here. just stay patient and everyone’s time will come!
