F4 I-130 Pending with June 2011 Priority Date – Moved to Electronic System, but No Approval Yet. Anyone Else?
Hello everyone,
My uncle filed an F4 (sibling) I-130 petition for us with a Priority Date of June 27, 2011.
Even though our priority date is current on both the Final Action Date and Dates for Filing charts in the Visa Bulletin, the I-130 petition has still not been approved. About 9 days ago, the case status updated showing it was moved to the electronic system.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay or had their case approved recently after moving to the electronic system? Any insight would be appreciated!

I-485J Administrative Closure — Has Anyone Experienced This?
I received an update stating On August 25, 2026, we administratively closed your Form I-485J.
Has anyone else received a similar update recently? Did you later receive a physical notice explaining the reason for the administrative closure? I’d also appreciate hearing from anyone who has experienced something similar and what happened afterward.
Any EB-1A I-485 filers from late May 2026?
I filed my EB-1A I-485 on May 27, 2026. I-140 already approved, biometrics completed, case at NBC, no RFE, and interview currently waived.
Just trying to see how my cohort is moving. Has anyone with a similar filing date (late May / early June) received approval, transfer, RFE, or any recent update?
Please share your filing date and current status. Thanks!

I-485 Interview
Hi everyone, I had my first interview last month in July , and now I received a notice for a second interview. Has anyone else experienced this before? My first interview was very well all the questions was answered correctly from I-485 application. they didn’t ask any questions outside of the I-485.
My asylum case was already granted by the immigration judge, and I had submitted my medical exam. During my first interview, the officer also told me that my medical was good.
Does anyone know why USCIS might schedule a second interview after the first one? If you’ve had a second interview, what was it like and did you need to bring any additional documents?
Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
premium processing
Hello everyone!
Has anyone gone for PP after waiting for a while in regular processing? would you please share your experience?
I’m asking because my PD is May/2025 (15 months), and as far as I can see, if I keep waiting for regular processing, God knows how much longer it’s going to take.
I know that if I go with PP, I have a good chance of receiving an RFE. But I’m willing to give it a try.
My concern is… I’ve been hearing that if you go with PP after waiting for a while in regular processing, the officer may not look favorably upon it, and it raises the chances of a denial.
Is that true?
