Urgent!!!- h1b Cap exempt case- Need inputs
Hello All,
I have a situation. Am currently on L1 visa in usa and I wanted to switch the job. I have previously approved h1b petition in the past which got expired in 2022. I didn't have h1b stamp in my passport and I never travlled on h1b either atleast once. I wanted to know, can I use my previous h1b petition to file under cap exempt case or is it invalid as I haven't used that last time?? or do I need to go for new h1b process all together. Am getting mixed opinions from different attorneys. pls let me know your suggestions. Also , let me know if any one gone through this situation before and outcome of it.. K1 CONSULTATION
Hello! For all those who are here in the process of K1. Do you know what date they are approving?
I am also in Track My visa and there have been little movement of cases in the last week (less than 20 today and mostly cases sent to DOS) while here in Lawfully every day I can see movements between 150-200 cases per day between approved and transferred in section K1.
Does anyone have information about what date they are working approximately? Thank you!

we applied October 2025. my interview was 02/25 the officer did not give me any piece of paper regarding the interview he only said I will receive an RFE or a decision in the mail. it's been two weeks now and the status update on my USCIS account still says interview scheduled. there has been no other updates I haven't even received my EAD . this is our second filing after our denial . I received my EAD IN 8 months the last time. my license has expired I can't renew it . I can't do anything. anyone else had their interview with no update after 2 weeks or still waiting on their EAD?
