lawfully tracking for I-751
I used to tracking trend via lawfully website https://www.lawfully.com/data/trends/I-751/WAC/2024. my case is in California center and it was filed in March 2024. it’s only showing 2 cases for that month and year which it doesn’t make any sense. what happened? also, i have premium and was expecting to be able to see the trend breakdown but i can’t. very frustrating! #californiacenter #waiver #i751

I had an interview 9 months ago, after the interview, I had an RFE that was completed 6 months ago and still no decision has been made. Is anyone on the same boat and what have they done to get it fixed?

The interview at USCIS in San Antonio was very quick and there weren't many questions other than telling how my husband and I met.

Sharing Travel experience with pending GC but had travel document and from a 39 banned country
I am a deriative asylee travelled on 5 Dec 2025 and returned on 7 March 2026. Not to COP. Officer was very polite , asked for GC and when i said i didnt have was sent to secondary. At secondary they asked were i was coming from and why i was there. Gave me a piece of paper which i gave another officer at the door and he said i could go.

I-485 New Medical RFE uploaded but case status never updated
My I-130 was approved about 2 years ago and my I-485 is still pending. USCIS uploaded a medical RFE in the documents section of my account, but the case status never changed to “RFE sent.” I also never received the notice by mail because the apartment number was missing in the address.
I mailed the medical response and it was delivered and signed for, but the case status is still the same — “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed” and nothing shows updated.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
