Case Processing
Hi
I had an interview 9 months ago, after the interview, I had an RFE that was completed 6 months ago and still no decision has been made. Is anyone on the same boat and what have they done to get it fixed?

The interview at USCIS in San Antonio was very quick and there weren't many questions other than telling how my husband and I met.

I-485 New Medical RFE uploaded but case status never updated
My I-130 was approved about 2 years ago and my I-485 is still pending. USCIS uploaded a medical RFE in the documents section of my account, but the case status never changed to “RFE sent.” I also never received the notice by mail because the apartment number was missing in the address.
I mailed the medical response and it was delivered and signed for, but the case status is still the same — “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed” and nothing shows updated.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

"Missing" I-864EZ and "Missing Proof of US Status" after DQ and Interview Scheduled
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some insight on recent embassy behavior.
My spouse has an immigrant visa interview scheduled for later this month. We were Documentarily Qualified (DQ) several months ago. However, this morning, we received an automated email from the embassy. After logging into the CEAC portal, I see two updates that are confusing:
1. Form I-864EZ is marked "MISSING": We originally uploaded a standard I-864 (which is still marked ACCEPTED). I am the only sponsor. Should I upload an EZ version now, or is it better to just have the applicant bring the signed original I-864 to the interview?
2. Message Box: "Missing Proof of US Status": There is a new message in the CEAC inbox today asking for "Proof of Petitioner's valid U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status." My status proof was already uploaded and ACCEPTED at the NVC stage.
Question: Is it common for an embassy to "re-request" status proof this close to the interview date? Also, has anyone dealt with the I-864EZ showing as "Missing" even when a full I-864 was already accepted?
