waiting for i130 interview after document qualification
hello Folks
do anyone have interview scheduled for immediate relatives in Mumbai recently. i submitting all required documents in October and they were qualified in Nov 2025. still we didn't get any Interview letter.

Separately Applied for SIJS Deferred Action.
Hi, I separately applied for Deferred Action (DA) on January 1, 2026. My lawyer advised me to apply, saying that there is a possibility of approval. Today, I went and provided my fingerprints for the DA application.
Now I am hearing that USCIS is granting Deferred Action automatically in some cases. I also saw that if DA is denied, they may place the applicant in removal proceedings. I am confused about what I should do at this point. #sijs #deferredaction #eb4

Hello y’all,
My RFE was about biometric address update only. My lawyer waited to respond until the last day before due. I still got no update until now. The only one I got is I-131 renew approval filed last year. Does anyone have similar experience? Please share, I’m Feb 11, 2022. Thank you. #vawa #i360

For those who got an RFE for good faith marriage, what exactly did you submit? Did you send new evidence or just resubmit what you already had? My lawyer keeps calling and saying it’s not enough, and now I’m really scared because I have no idea how this will end up, especially since even my lawyer is saying it might not be enough.
