I got my Green Card with EB2-NIW petition in Sep 2021. In June it will be eligible to apply for citizenship (90 days before 5 years). Am I eligible? Is citizenship application considered banned for Pakistan since it is in the list of countries from where immigrant visa processing is on hold?

Hello everyone, i would like to someone help me i send my medical in May 2025 in Aug my case was transferred to another office until now i didn’t receive any update, last week i went to my attorney and he called immigration and told him my case is denied in Aug 2025 but I didn’t receive any mail from immigration about it , my attorney told me he tried to submit appeal but the time is gonne now but he will tried please help what I should do???

Hi, do you think my case will automatically update? Would my lawyer have to do anything? I sometimes find it hard to trust her. My priority date is June 4, 2022. My I-485 case is on hold because there wasn't a visa number available for me. Or does it update automatically?

it is NOT easy. this IS a STRESSFUL PROCESS no matter how may days your approval takes. We all go through life even while we wait for immigration! You have to stay STRONG. and Keep Your FAITH. start everyday fresh and new. love on your families. do all you can to inquire. the congressman in Michigan I believe was helpful. thank you to everyone who encouraged, prayed, and answered my questions along the way!
