DA request for Sijs
Hello Folks,
A lot of peoples post I come across here are from people who already submitted their I-485. I’m wondering where all the other individuals who aren’t there yet are? I do not see very many. I’m wondering if anyone has received DA via G-325A or written request. If you are currently waiting for an answer how long have you been waiting. I’m usually very patient, but recently I’ve been getting really anxious and want to hear from other individuals who are on the same boat as me. The thing that has me worried is that my attorney did not summit a form G-325A; instead, he submitted a written request. The April 10 memorandum does states, “may request deferred action in writing or through the submission of Form G-325A”; however, I am still very sceptical. I’d just like to hear from folks on here as I cannot afford to pay for a consultation with another lawyer. Thank you for your time. #sijs #Da #G-325A
I- 131 Approved
My I-131 is approved. I 360 , I 765 and I 485 are still pending. I live in Texas- I'm wondering if it's possible to renew my DL with the approved I 131, bearing in mind that the advance parole document in itself doesn't have applicant's photograph on it. Anyone with useful information please.
EB2 NIW for Nursing
I would like to ask about EB-2 NIW for nurses.
Can a registered nurse with 20+ years of professional nursing experience and strong recommendation letters qualify for EB-2 NIW?
Has anyone here successfully applied or received approval with a similar nursing profile? Please share your experience and what additional evidence would make the case stronger.

My spouse and I had our I-130 and I-485 interview on January 2026 and everything went well..
My I-130 was approved last week after 7 months.., but my I-485 is still pending it's been 1.5 weeks now.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did you have to attend a second interview after your I-130 was approved, or was your I-485 approved without another interview.
I submitted my case last year may.
