Hello, community!
My VAWA case has been pending since October 2022. No RFE, and I receive Prima Facie renewals every six months.
My case is based on psychological abuse (I prefer not to share details, as I still struggle with it).
My evidence included:
* Photos together.
* Two-year joint lease.
* Joint car insurance.
* Psychiatric evaluation documenting depression and panic attacks related to the relationship.
* Five affidavits from U.S. citizens who personally witnessed what I went through.
I constantly worry whether this is enough evidence. we never had bank accounts together because finances was part of the abuse.
For those who have filed VAWA, especially based on psychological abuse, what evidence did you submit? I’d love to hear your experiences! ❤️

Form I-485 timeline check & inquiry advice
Hi everyone,
I wanted to check if anyone shares a similar timeline with me. I filed my I-485 just one month after my case was approved.
Is it reasonable to submit an inquiry WOM at this stage?
Also, have you seen or heard of any cases being denied simply for filing or inquiring around this timeframe?
Any insights or similar timeline data points would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

EAD RENEWAL
Hello,
I am trying to submit my EAD renewal under category c31 under vawa approved. I am stuck in box #25 (Current immigration status or category)
I am not sure if i have to put vawa approved, AOS (since 485 is still pending) can someone who had filed their EAD renewal please help me ?

Received I797 C notice for I485 J fees were waived
Hey everyone
March 2022 pd here
I just received i797c notice for my i485 j . It includes receipt notice , sponsor info , Fees were waived and received date.
I got this notice after my RFE was sent which Uscis responded as received.
my RFe includes medical, supp J and pay stubs.
Just sharing information !!!
Please share your experience if you got the same notice. What can I expect next??

after wait until 40month my i130 approved (I was originally an F2a, but last year my spouse became a citizen and then applied to upgrade to IR1.

I130 denied , I360 in process
hello folks
need some light from you guys and information of best of your knowledge
my spouse applied for I130 in 2021 and unfortunately he passed away by 2022 when I applied for I360 , till date I did not received any RFE regarding I130 they straight away denied it after 5 yrs in place ,my I360 still shows process and I have 8 PF …! is this going to effect my I360? what could be next can ?

USCIS has asked my mum to submit the following evidence for her VAWA application:
1. Evidence that she was or is legally married to the alleged abuser.
2. Evidence that the alleged abuser is or was a lawful permanent resident or U.S. citizen.
3. Evidence that she qualifies for VAWA classification.
4. Evidence that she and the alleged abuser lived together.
5. Evidence that she or her children experienced battery or extreme cruelty perpetrated by the alleged abuser.
6. Evidence of good moral character, including police clearances from every locality where she has lived for at least six months within the past three years.
7. Evidence that she entered the marriage in good faith.
My concern is that she has previously submitted some of these documents with her application.
Does this mean USCIS needs them again, or were the documents she initially submitted considered insufficient?
Is it okay to resubmit the same documents, or should she provide entirely new evidence?
I would really appreciate any advice or guidance from anyone who has experienced a similar situation.
