SIN advance parole
hi , is anyone got advance parole? My EAD and Advanced parole was submitted separately last year , and I got my work permit within two months. Now I have a question, Is there any risk of my advanced parole ? or will I get it separately? it’s been 1 year , there is no update , only update is my case was received, nothing else no fingerprint nothing . Can anyone tell me how long will this take to get advanced parole?

I think this is a very reasonable price for a group lawsuit. The filing will take place in the jurisdiction of one of the group members’ residences.
The backlog is growing by 5,000 cases per month. There’s no end in sight. At this rate, we could be waiting for years to get a decision. I believe this is unsafe and unreasonable.
By this month, the backlog will be over 100,000 cases. At the current processing rate, it will take 5 years (!!) to work through all of them.

I have an I-485 pending (filed in 2022) and submitted an I-824 for my wife at the same time. I understand her I-824 won’t be processed until my I-485 is approved. Since it’s already been 3 years, will the I-824 still take another 12–15 months after my approval? Can someone explain the steps for my wife’s process after my I-485 gets approved?

Good Day,
I received a rfe a few weeks back and I was just wondering if there is anyone who submitted their original application by mail (physical) and then got a rfe but submitted the digitally.
I am wanting to submit it digitally as it's faster (I think especially with the shutdown and everything happening) but our lawyer is saying we need to submit by mail. (We've not had a good relationship with the lawyer as they charged a fortune and haven't been returning emails or calls over the past 3 years🙃)
Just wanting some precedent as I don't wanna mess up now.
