EAD renewal almost 2 years

I applied for my EAD renewal in January 2025, I contacted congressman, they said all my cases are on the queue for adjudication. It’s so difficult to imagine that my renewal is on someone’s desk, everyday, since June for adjudication. It would probably remain there until I lose this job that I have, which involves saving other people’s lives. I am just silently counting down on days before I lose my job and then real suffering starts for me. I will lose my car and mobility , drop out of school. I will go back to my abuser and live with them and or find someone to live with, either way, I ll become a victim again. I look strong and calm. keeping hope and faith, being kind and saving lives, but I am breaking apart within myself. and no one to comfort me. VAWA since December 2022. May the Lord plead our cause.

I checked my case status today and the percentage dropped really low, but what really got my attention is the case moved from probable next update “ Case Approved “ to “ Interview Scheduled “. I have already done an interview 13 months ago. Is this something to be worried about? Have anyone else had this experience?

If an emergency stay is granted, will it affect any pending N-400 applications? I have my oath ceremony next week.

ihave a question does anyone remember of I-94 form of white or green paper from 90s?

Myparents said they needed to return it but they lost it they never returned and we stayed in the usa now im trying to get my resident but they want to know how did i enter the USA if someone knows if i can get history or copy of f I-94 form of white or green paper from ? And if theres a problem for not returning the forms ?

Hy husband and I love each other very much. it is really coming to light that we might not work. We were getting ready to file jointly but I don’t think that will happen now. Case required uscis to send notice

I received updates September 26 last month case required uscis to send a notice/ we sent you a notice and I’m yet to receive the notice. Already called my lawyer twice last week and this week he said nothing in the mail. Anyone still waiting for their notice to arrive since September 26?
