- Filed I-140 November 2024 (PD Nov 1st)
- I-140 approved December 2024
- Liked I-485 and I-765 concurrently March 12, 2026
- Biometrics Appointment April 16
- Silent update (FTA0) May 12 on I-485 and I'm still waiting
Biometrics done in Philadelphia, PA.
Anyone had a case similar to mine? If yes, what should I expect next?
Anybody’s case at West Palm Beach FO?
Emma said my case was transferred to West Palm Beach FO (non-local) last April 29, 2026. Any similar cases in this FO? What did your timelines look like?

I’m still waiting for my GC but at least I can travel. I am not from the 39 banned countries but my country is from the 75 immigrant visa banned. I did not expedite or do anything!

Hello Family, i received my combo card last year in July, i want to travel to Africa, i need just honest advice on someone who has travelled to Africa using their combo card, recently as of this Year.

letter from USCIS
Yesterday I received a notice letter from USCIS saying
Case Type: 1485J - CONFIRMATION OF BONA FIDE JOB OFFER OR REQUESTFOR JOB PORTABILITY INA
Notice Type: Receipt Notice Fee Waived
Am I the only one who received it or does everyone receive this letter? Coz I never heard about this before.
expedite request denied
Hello friends, has this happened to anyone? Please tell me. I had submitted an expedite request for a travel document through a congressman and USCIS said that the background check is pending. However, a message came to my USCIS online account that we cannot expedite it because we do not believe based on a review of your request that your case meets the expedite criteria.How can two different decisions come at the same time from the same application?
