Yesterday I received a notice letter from USCIS saying
Case Type: 1485J - CONFIRMATION OF BONA FIDE JOB OFFER OR REQUESTFOR JOB PORTABILITY INA
Notice Type: Receipt Notice Fee Waived
Am I the only one who received it or does everyone receive this letter? Coz I never heard about this before.
expedite request denied
Hello friends, has this happened to anyone? Please tell me. I had submitted an expedite request for a travel document through a congressman and USCIS said that the background check is pending. However, a message came to my USCIS online account that we cannot expedite it because we do not believe based on a review of your request that your case meets the expedite criteria.How can two different decisions come at the same time from the same application?

I’m afraid they skipped these cases because I only see people from 2025 get aproved.

Hello community, I heard that USCIS is only denying cases so if you don't hear anything about your case, it's a good sign. We are almost there! The pause can take months though but hey, if we already waited years, what is a couple of months, right?

i751 interview cancelled
Hello everyone, I received a notice for my I-751 interview scheduled in June, but today I got another notice saying the interview was canceled. Has this happened to anyone before? Did you later receive a new interview date, or did your case get approved without another interview? Also, did anyone send updated evidence (like taxes, bank statements, lease, bills, etc.) after the cancellation? I would really appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you!

Gracias a Dios ya aprovaron mi caso, apesar de tener que presentar el I-601. y puedo decir que Dios es bueno aprobaron en tiempo record. finalmente estoy tranquilo y en paz. ahora esperar que llegue la tarjeta 🙃.

Administrative processing for 1 year and 4 months, and I'm still waiting.
Administrative processing after a 35-minute interview at the U.S. Consulate in São Paulo. An endless delay and complete lack of response. I had my interview on January 14, 2025. All the questions asked by the consular officer were answered clearly, and without any explanation, the officer handed me the green 221(g) sheet. On that sheet, she requested that I send the petition documents. The attorney representing the petitioner company did not understand the reason, but submitted the complete documentation as requested.
I have now been waiting for 1 year and 4 months without any response. The case has had more than 25 updates on the CEAC website, and it still has not been approved. The petitioner company needs my services in person and is already suffering financial losses because it cannot move forward with its expansion plans, which would generate several job opportunities.
Unfortunately, I am frustrated and losing hope.
