Administrative processing for 1 year and 4 months, and I'm still waiting.
Administrative processing after a 35-minute interview at the U.S. Consulate in São Paulo. An endless delay and complete lack of response. I had my interview on January 14, 2025. All the questions asked by the consular officer were answered clearly, and without any explanation, the officer handed me the green 221(g) sheet. On that sheet, she requested that I send the petition documents. The attorney representing the petitioner company did not understand the reason, but submitted the complete documentation as requested.
I have now been waiting for 1 year and 4 months without any response. The case has had more than 25 updates on the CEAC website, and it still has not been approved. The petitioner company needs my services in person and is already suffering financial losses because it cannot move forward with its expansion plans, which would generate several job opportunities.
Unfortunately, I am frustrated and losing hope.

hello everyone ! I had my interview for vawa yesterday, and the U.S Citizens services called me today but I missed the called, and i checked my case and saw that they had a new card in process. i submitted my application in December 2021, and was approved in Agust 2025. I’m not sure what this means, but i just wanted to say don’t loose faith, I know it’s a long process, but yall will get there! God bless you and America! I filed VAWA in September 2021, and since then, I have not received medical benefits, only work authorization. My I-360 was approved around August of last year. I have a question for my people: my lawyer renewed my work permit, they have received it and already got the confirmation letter. On the app, it shows my I-765 status as "PROCESS", and for the very first time, my I-485 status also shows "PROCESS". What does this mean, everyone? Has anyone experienced the same situation? Are they processing my green card? vawa#i485#
I-130 approved - I485 and EAD still Pending!
My i130 was approved in 5.5 months! But i485 and EAD, no update since fingerprints.
Interview was waived and it’s in West Palm Beach office for adjudication.
Anyone in the same situation?
