I just got back from abroad, entry JFK
I got back on January 27. My flight landed at 1 am.
I spent about an hour in secondary, but it was just waiting. They asked me how long I was married for and if I experienced any abuse mentally or physically. I answered short and decisive. They took me to get fingerprinted, waited for another 15 minutes and handed me back my passport saying that I can go. Hope this helps with anyone planning to travel abroad. Save travels everyone 🙏

MULTIPLE EAD APPROVAL NOTIFICATIONS BUT NEVER RECEIVE CARD OR TRACKING NUMBER YET
Hello everyone,
I’m looking for guidance regarding an issue with my Employment Authorization Document (EAD).
My I-765 (EAD) was approved on December 10, 2025, and my Advance Parole (travel permit) was approved on December 11, 2025. I received the travel document in December, but as of February 11, 2026, I have not received my EAD card or any USPS tracking number.
Since the approval, USCIS has updated my case status three times, about every 30 days, each time stating “New card is being produced.” However, the status has never changed to “Card was mailed,” and no tracking information has been issued.
My attorney already submitted an e-request for non-delivery, but we have not received any response from USCIS so far.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation where the case remains stuck in “card being produced” for this long? If so, how was it resolved, and what additional steps would you recommend?

Hello , I sent my full vawa package on August 2025 and still not receipts , I am really stressed due all the raids that are going on in my city . Anybody from August 2025 here with receipts ? it is unbelievable people
that are filling since October 2025 are receiving their receipts in two weeks and we are waiting and waiting still !

Is anybody else unable to view their estimated wait til through USCIS? I check it all of the time because we’ve been waiting so long already but now it’s not an option.

DMV Notification: REAL ID cancellation
Hi. Anyone else here got an email from DMV about their current REAL ID being cancelled? Back story, I’ve had my driver’s license changed to a real ID when it was first available back then I had a pending I-130 together with I-765 and I-485. It got messy so eventually my case turned to a VAWA case, my I-765 has always been renewed through the years. No problem. Not until last year when I filed for renewal (02.18.25 receipt date) for a 05.2025 expiration EAD, still pending as of writing this. I have the 540-day extension letter. This is insane that I will have to go to DMV and possibly get a downgrade license all because USCIS has been so slow in renewing my EAD??
