I485 Primary approved but dependent application pending
With God’s grace, finally after almost 13 years primary I485 application approved on 11/12/2025 but dependent applications are pending. Is this a normal trend? Has anyone faced the same issue? when should I expect approval for dependents?

hello all,
in 2011 my grandmother (US Citizen) applied F3 immigration to my mom and family. petition was approved on 2012. priority date came cuttetn on November 2024. while trying to fill Ds-260 form and upload civil documents I saw only my parents name. by that time I’m 23 year old. I tried to add my name by us is did add my name. later this year in November beginning I uploaded recent tax returns of my sponsor. my parents attended interview and got their visa approved. later when I opened case file suddenly I saw my name and it asked me to fill DA-260 form and upload civil documents. now I’m 24 year old. how to proceed with this.

Public Charge Question
Has anyone recently had a family member’s form returned due to the Public Charge questions?
A family member’s application who is minor was sent back because of issues related to the Public Charge section.
If anyone has experienced something similar recently, could you please share what happened and how it was resolved?
