consequences of cancelling I130?

hi guys! what happens if you have a pending appeal at the board of immigration appeal for an asylum case! you got married and filed your I130 with a USCIS citizen and it’s about to be 2 years since you filed but no response yet. now the marriage is weird nd you find someone else who wants to marry you and your current partner is cheating on you. should the I130 be cancel? if so what is the consequences?

I logged into my USCIS account, and under I-485, I saw this notification: "Error retrieving case status We are having trouble retrieving your case status. Try again later." Does anyone know what this is? My husband also has a similar notification under I-130.
