Receipt Date - May 12 , COS + EAD. California center. Cos approved on sept 30. Still waiting for ead!! Currently its taking way longer than the processing timeline on the USCIS.

Travel Ban
My parents applied for my brother’s immigration visa since 2016. My brother had an interview but they refused to give him the visa because of the ban that was placed and the interviewer asked him to get a lawyer. However there is an exempt for U.S. family who apply for their children. Does the exemption apply to him even when he is over 21? We are so discouraged and as an active duty in the military not sure how I can help him.
