hi! my husband just got approved for his 2 year green card. case was filed in September 2020. approved yesterday May 19th 2021. We live in Austin and did interview in San Antonio. Later that day case updated that card was being made. Just waiting for the mail now!

Asylum pending Married to USC Newark FO PD: 01-17-20 Bio: 02-14-20 RFE for birth certificate: 03-04-20 Reponse to RFE: 04-07-20 Ready to be scheduled: 05-01-20 Interview Scheduled 03-24-21 Interview date: 05-03-21 The Interview was straightforward, the officer didn't even ask alot of questions. we were in out, I-130 get approved the next day. Today I received notification that new card being produced. After I sent RFE for I-94 last Tuesday to see if I was ever overstayed here on my prior trip. Now I'm going to withdraw my asylum. This was a long process, emotionally tiresome. There's no way to be relax going to the US immigration process.
