just got approval for my dad i130 pd January 12th 2021 actively reviewing March 22nd 2021 thank God agent was right I call yesterday and agent told me they moved my case ..now I get the approval happy me

Hi guys my I-765 went from card being produced to case is being approved is that the way it should be ?

this morning we finally got our interview in Baltimore, everything went well, the officier was outstanding and super nice . he told us we were supposed to be approved longtime ago since we are married for 6years now. that’s all , he said congratulations he approved our case on the spot. I am checking on the app now , it saying card has been produced . hanging in there , everything will be fine.

Case approved but no status update since approval

My case was approved since 20th of April 2021, up till now no status update. I was thinking the status would change to "new card in production" . Is this usually the case for i751 approval? Does it take that long for the new card to be produced? Though the approval notice says if I don't get it within 60 days I should contact USCIS. I'm so sorry I might be sounding impatient after the approval of my case, I just feel unease considering it's been over 3weeks of approval. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks

misspelled name on green card

received my green card yesterday but it has a wrong name at the back of it instead of an N it’s K what should I do apply for replacement one and it’s a 2 year green card

Marriage-based GC says CR2 as category

I received my spouse’s green card which was filed through marriage. All details are fine except that the category says “CR2” which I read is for stepchild of US citizen. 😂😅 I was initially a LPR when we filed but upgraded it to spouse of USC after my naturalisation which was also noted by the interviewing officer. Is this an error, if yes then how can it be fixed? Thanks in advance Update: Filed FORM I-90 asking for a change with cover letter and supporting documents. Filing fee was waived as the mistake was from DHS/USCIS.
