Case Approved
k1 Visa fiancé
Hey guys URGENT QUESTION HERE .
So i applied for my fiance a k1. Visa .. I received notice of action from USCIS saying that within less than a month i should get a notification letter by mail from NVS regarding our case .
It has been over a month and I haven’t gotten any mail . I send them an email two days ago and no reply yet . Is this normal ? When did u receive yours ? And WHAT SHOULD I DO?
interview done but no update yet!
hello folks!
we had our interview yesterday! the officer was a really gentle and professional he didn’t ask anything just he asked about both name and work history! he explained everything about processes and he said that we are getting updated later on a day or tomorrow morning! and when i said whatever could be results i can see online he mentioned that he is gonna approve us!!!
my husband and i were super excited but since yesterday there is no update!
is anyone had the same experience?
thank you in advance

I-130 Approved yesterday
The Interview was in and out, since me and my wife have a two years old, the officer said there's no need to asked us anything. And also was satisfied with our file, the document we submitted. The thing that seems to be an issue, he couldn't access my travel history, I brought my I-94 with me but when he used that number he couldn't access the travel history. He if had checked the stamps on my passport, he would see that I hadn't overstay on my prior trip. Cause the only two reasons he said, we not gonna have an approval on I-485, it's because he need to check the medical and my travel history, backing checked also.
Now I'm just waiting, he said he might issue an rfe for my travel history, unless I make an FOIA I can't get that after 5 years the cbp doesn't let you access your travel history when you do the I-94.
