yes, that’s the best practice, otherwise you may get RFE or interview and it will slowdown the process.

@ GC 2020 My employer is the same. Didn’t want us to send in medical with 485. I wish they allow us to send in. Worst case it expires and we send another one. Why try save a few hundred dollars and cause extra months of delay for RFE and response?
