They didn't ask for additional evidence or documentation.
Humanitarian reason: Need to take medical treatment in another country. I provided hospital names, physician names, my medical record numbers of both countries in the expedite request.

I submitted my Expedite Request via EMMA.I tried to provide as much details as I can in ER. They didn’t ask me to provide additional document/proof.
