I-130 Approved/ I-485 still waiting
Newark F0 Married to USC Asylum Pending, no interview yet PD: January 17 20 BIO: February 14 20 RFE for birth certificate Interview date May 3rd 21 I-130 Approved yesterday The Interview was in and out, since me and my wife have a two years old, the officer said there's no need to asked us anything. And also was satisfied with our file, the document we submitted. The thing that seems to be an issue, he couldn't access my travel history, I brought my I-94 with me but when he used that number he couldn't access the travel history. He if had checked the stamps on my passport, he would see that I hadn't overstay on my prior trip. Cause the only two reasons he said, we not gonna have an approval on I-485, it's because he need to check the medical and my travel history, backing checked also. Now I'm just waiting, he said he might issue an rfe for my travel history, unless I make an FOIA I can't get that after 5 years the cbp doesn't let you access your travel history when you do the I-94.

He didn't ask me any questions about my asylum. I'll only withdraw after approval. That's what my lawyer told me.
