@Liz O thanks. it took 5 days and my case was approved, they didn’t ask for evidence. I expedited a 130 for alien relative. good luck in your expediting

@immi usa PD. 01.01.2021, reason for expediting: financial crisis ( having to take care of my bills as well as for my husband who’s waiting on the approval)

@p 28 I have been separated with my dad for the last 5 years .... and I’m dealing with depression and anxiety.... can that be a reason?

@Helen Helen no they didn’t ask for evidence. so I asked Emma for a live agent I wanted to confirm the service center processing my case I then found out it was transferred to Califonia I asked her how to expedite, she expedited for me ( she asked for reasons of which I gave her) and she gave me a a confirmation number and wait for a response in 7working days.

my dad passed away due to covid complications in july last year, my mom is widow can that be valid reason .

filled October 2019, went for first interview by 21 first December 2021, case still under review, went for 2nd interview councilled, rescheduled. February 21 2021, the interviewier didn't show up, another person interviewed us, said she we will hear from them after discussing with the person handling my case, we will hear from them through mail, since then notting yet.

my case is stiil showing interview completed case must be reviewed, I 130 showing 99% and REF is 35, the graph is 23, 485 is 97% graph is 13 REF is 23, who can explain this for me, am confused
