normal agent..I just ask which service center processing my i130 and he ask who I'm petition for and I told him my dad..then he put me on hold.. and said my case move I said move to where he said California..I told him it's always at California..then he told me I should get a email..I told him I never get one..

hopefully. I’m a few days behind you. so I guess it is a good sign when ours moved to activley reviewed. we just needed to be patient a bit longer. California wait times discouraged us but I’m glad you got it for your dad

please someone kindly help me with understanding. my i130 was approved April 9/ 2020 . after approval I received request for additional evidence Uscis asked me to file form i601 grounds for innadmissibilty and I responded in timely manner with overwhelming evidence. After 6 months we submitted the evidence I made a request to know the status of my case Uscis replied me and told me the form i601 was denied because my form i485 was denied and I never received the notice of denied i485. At this time I have to made another request telling them that, i did not receive notice for the form i485. So when I sent it the request denied notice Uscis, sent a letter to me that my” case have been routed for supervisor review so today I called for infoPass, the Agent to me that my case is in process. Over 2 years now that I have been on this. please any advice for me regarding what to do next? please anybody?

California seems to be taking about 60-120 days from activley reviewed to approved. I’m not losing hope now.

@liz m yep noticing the same trend. Ours was actively reviewed about 2 days after the NOA1. So it's been actively reviewed for just over a month (April 2nd - today).

it’s ironic though because you can clearly see so many people with a PD in 2019 and 2020 who change to activley reviewed now get approved very next day. so it’s clear the officers don’t even look at the cases long. they approve a case within a day. so processing times to go from 7-36 months is INSANE. the bulk of the time goes to NVC and embassy really
