Hello guys l-130 has been approved
I hope the same for everyone case still in processing , my question is to know what to do after case got approve , my spouse is not in the USA , the notice that I received was giving 45 days now it’s been 2 months, I need to know if there’s something that I have to do right now or just wait???

Congratulations!!! after you case case approves NVC should email and send a letter with new Case number and Invoice number with you need use to log in the NVC website pay all the fees and all documents

Magali after the payment is accepted you file the D260 you upload all the civil documents and the affidavit of support and tax transcript
