Combo card finally approved!!!
What a relief!
I contacted both my senator and congressman office around 12/15/21 explaining that I had an outstanding job offer and that I didn't want to take the chance of losing that job.
On 1/10/21 I received a call from a USCIS officer from my field office telling me they received the congressman's office inquiry and that they were going to forward the expedite request to NBC where my case was being processed. I was expecting an RFE asking for a letter from my employer or something but never received any more updates, unti today when I got the good news!!!
FYI - my receipt # is IOE9130. Good luck everyone ♥️♥️

I-130 approval notice
hello everyone ,
so we got the case tracker notification on Jan 3rd 2022 that our I-130 was approved and that they sent the approval notice. a week later we got the approval notice on I-797 notice of action for the i-130 but had notice date as December 30 2022 and days later RFE for the pending I-485 requesting for medical examination and vaccination record which I did and sent back on January 13th and the tracking said delivered on 14th January.
so today the case tracker app showed Notice was retuned to usics because the post office couldn’t not deliver it for form I-130.
what notice are they sending that got returned?
it’s still same address that we got the previous notice and also an RFE that says post office couldn’t deliver it.
what’s going on please can anyone educate us?

Finally approve after getting RFE
so last post I posted my timeline that my I-130 was approved but got pending for I-485. It was such a chaotic!!
so I got RFE for medical exam. I need to get some vaccines that I couldn’t get when I was pregnant. So i went back to the same place to get my vaccine. I sent out my RFE package on 7th Dec 2021.
on 16th Dec. I got a call from my field office in Oakland Park that my signature was missing!! They forgot to let me sign it. So i have get send another one.
I sent another one on 21th Dec. and I was waiting waiting and waitinggggg~ check my status everyday 😒😒.
and Finally!!! Today!!!! yayyyyy🥳🥳🥳.
Can I celebrate now? Is this the end of my immigration processing journey yet!!??
What is the next step? Will I be receiving the greencard and SSN together?? I am freaking outttttt!!
