Case Approved

APPROVED 🎉🎊 #tampa ( I DID NOT EXPIDITE ANYTHING I LET EVERYTHING RUN ITS COURSE)
God alone with a whole lot of patience! this process can take you to some low feelings but when you get that green card? it’s wonderful, I have no words ! I’m going to brain storm some stuff that could help you . Got an Rfe at my interview ( Dec 20th) the officer wanted some more proof that our marriage is real , get your ppl yo write sworn affidavits about your relationship, bring bank statements not just prices of paper that state y’all are on an account together they want spending habits. Make sure your partner , when filing taxes indicates that they are married ( you don’t need a social for this , there’s an option for citizens who are married to immigrants who have not yet received papers/ green card etc) . Get an ID ! eg I live in Florida and you are able to get a state Id , they want to see that you have the address of your partner , you have to prove that you live together. The more prepared you are and well organized, the less chance you have of receiving an rfe. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! especially my ppl 🇯🇲 nuh watch nuh face do your thing and stay humble ( PLEASE TAKE FROM THIS WHAT APPLIES TO YOU ) PD : March 2021 NBC /TAMPA FO NO LAWYER MARRIED TO A US CITIZEN INTERVIEW- Dec 20th JAN 10 - card being produced Jan 11 - case approved Jan 14 - card picked up by post office Jan 15 - your card was delivered/ card in hand ( tracking originally said Jan 18th)
