Finally approve after getting RFE
so last post I posted my timeline that my I-130 was approved but got pending for I-485. It was such a chaotic!!
so I got RFE for medical exam. I need to get some vaccines that I couldn’t get when I was pregnant. So i went back to the same place to get my vaccine. I sent out my RFE package on 7th Dec 2021.
on 16th Dec. I got a call from my field office in Oakland Park that my signature was missing!! They forgot to let me sign it. So i have get send another one.
I sent another one on 21th Dec. and I was waiting waiting and waitinggggg~ check my status everyday 😒😒.
and Finally!!! Today!!!! yayyyyy🥳🥳🥳.
Can I celebrate now? Is this the end of my immigration processing journey yet!!??
What is the next step? Will I be receiving the greencard and SSN together?? I am freaking outttttt!!

congrats.so they never issued you the ead? they went straight to the interview?

@IM yes. during the interview he said that because the GC will arrive before EAD so that will be automatically denied.

Priority date is all that matters. No need to compare the receipt numbers. they don't process in receipt number sequence.

hi congrats on your approval! may i ask after you submitted your medical rfe, did you still get the “reponse to rfe received” status or it went straight to case approved?
