I-130 approval notice
hello everyone ,
so we got the case tracker notification on Jan 3rd 2022 that our I-130 was approved and that they sent the approval notice. a week later we got the approval notice on I-797 notice of action for the i-130 but had notice date as December 30 2022 and days later RFE for the pending I-485 requesting for medical examination and vaccination record which I did and sent back on January 13th and the tracking said delivered on 14th January.
so today the case tracker app showed Notice was retuned to usics because the post office couldn’t not deliver it for form I-130.
what notice are they sending that got returned?
it’s still same address that we got the previous notice and also an RFE that says post office couldn’t deliver it.
what’s going on please can anyone educate us?

great news : while the i130 still shows notice was returned to uscis because the post office couldn’t deliver it. The I-485 changed to New card being produced . now that’s all I care for now anyways!!!
