Approved my EAD after expidite request
AOS applied in Oct-2020. No EAD/AP.
- expidited back in Nov with Emma rejected
- expidite request via congressman in Dec, they replied saying still waiting for response from uscis
- Expidited again on 2/9/22 and saw ‘New card is being produced’ under I-795 case status.

expidite reason: 1) severe financial loss to a company or person
My situation: wife is on h4-ead which expires in few months.
I also received medical rfe for I-485 and responded and uscis recoeved on Feb-2. So all cases moving a bit together now.

I requested expedite service and USCIS asked me to fax proof of financial loss. I faxed myself and I also asked my congressman to submit my documents for me. Next day(Today) I got update in my case. CARD BEING PRODUCED!
