I did my citizenship back in December and immediately put everything in for my spouse. I did the 130 for him while I was still a resident and no changes for a whole year until I did my citizenship. once I did my citizenship it immediately changed from received to being reviewed then approved in a week or two. He put the 485 in around late January and didn’t know we could put the 765 in for free. so I did that late (as you can see) they also told me I DIDNT need to redo biometrics because they’ll reuse the ones from 485. called once to see if I could expedite it and 2 weeks later they told me i couldn’t because there were so many people trying to expedite it due to financial loss, that they couldn’t do it even though the situation seemed serious and needed more information. tried to ask what other information I needed and got no response. hold it together guys! I’m truly surprised.

hi so my case I-130 approved on June 10 and received a letter saying I need to file I-824 cause I didn’t indicate any abroad embassy. I checked my papers which I filed and I did write down the embassy name. I called uscis about this and they emailed me that USCIS has sent the approved petition to the NVC and I should wait 45 days. so I am just confused do I still need to file I-824 or I’m all sorted now..? cause the letter from them and email saying two different thing.? any help would be appreciated..!!!

I filed AOS last September and got tired of waiting for it. so I applied i131 in Feb and did an expedite request. They finally processed it. Thankfully now I can leave the country in peace and don’t have to keep waiting for i485 to go through
