I-131 Traveling Question
I-131 was approved and on the notice, it says that if you were unlawfully present in the country, you may be banned from admission even if you obtained advanced parole. Has anyone used advanced parole even after being in the country unlawfully?

I believe it that's why my lawyer didn't apply for it she told me don't leave this country until you get the green card

why take the risk. your unlawfully present until green card is accepted

@Fraser No, you're wrong. I was unlawfully present before getting removal proceedings removed and I-765/I-131 accepted. I'm not asking for anyone's judgement. I'm asking to see if anyone had experience.

I was unlawfully present for 16 yrs and returned yesterday from Nigeria through Dulles airport with no issues. was placed in secondary inspection and wasn’t even asked any questions. After they stamped my passport I was good to go. As long as you don’t have any criminal record, you should be fine.
