medical form
I did my interview however the officer told me that the medical form I submitted was expired at the time of d medical and i need to submit an update version in order for my case to b approved. has any experience any thing like this? I never got an RFE so what is the best way to submit the new medical form?

They took 3 months to review my expedite request but finally approved. LPR filing for spouse, with PD Jan 2021, approved JUN 2022 at Potomac center

H4EAD card didn’t delivered
Due to USCIS error they put the wrong address and I couldn’t able to get the EAD card on June 18 and case was approved on june 16. Can anyone suggest when USCIS will acknowledge their mistake and send the card again with correct address.
I have already created a case with uscis but it is not picked up yet. #h4ead
