moving after the I485 interview before we get an answer
Hey everyone,
I have been on a status of Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed since Jan 2022 , and my wife got a scolership in a school up in Ohio she want it so bad for the longest time, and we filed it back in OCT 2020 in Houston, TX
Anyone had any experience like this !! I am so afraid it would collapse everything we waited for really, and I really don’t want to hold her dream more than this, we have been in immigration cases since end of 2016 and her life is been so messy because of the case since then.
Any recommendations or silmilier situation
I-360 New Card is being produced Vawa 2020 filer
I just received an email today that my vawa status changed to New Card is being produced.Thanks God after 26 months🎊I am just confused with my I-485 status changed to Case Transferred To another Office what does it mean? Anyone who have any idea about this?
Interview Done - Nashville FO
I just had my interview at the Nashville FO.
my PD is 5/20/21. I had originally been scheduled for beginning of May 2022 but had to reschedule the appointment.
appointment was at 9.15. my wife, daughter and I walked in at 9.00. the waiting hall was pretty empty. maybe 4 people. we were called in for the interview at 9.05. our officer was very friendly. we went through all the paperwork and made corrections. we moved, changed jobs and had a baby.
all the I-485 questions were asked and she asked us how we met. that’s it. I handed her all our documents (mortgage, bank account statement, insurance, pictures)
approved on the spot and we were out of there at 9.25.

just wanted to say thank you guys for sharing your experience but my time has come to an end. my PD was June 14 2021 and my interview was June 14 2022. I was approved during the interview and on the 17th my card was produced and it arrived today on the 22nd. wish everyone luck!!!!
