Email from USCIS about an inquiry
I just got an email from USCIS regarding an inquiry from a month ago. I don’t remember submitting any inquiries. I did chat with live agent through Emma though. I’m really confused what kind of inquiry they talk about and why I got the email from USCIS. Anyone had the same experience?

I'm too fed up with this USCIS's slow processing or maybe not processing, I wish they knew the pain of living like this, The Case has been pending for almost more than 8 months and now they have transferred it to the field office, and waived the interview. My wife and I both are government employees but with no help and I really need a green card to apply for secret clearance which I cannot do without GC. I wish instead of sitting idly and doing nothing USCIS employees focus on working toward the cases. Sad and heartbroken 🥹🥹🥹🥹

Case transferred to dependent’s FO - what happens next?
Me (the primary applicant) and my wife (dependent) currently reside in two different states. Our application is based on my employment (EB3 ROW). Today, we found out that both of our case was transferred to my spouse's field office, which is a non-local field office for me. Is it possible for both of us to be called in for an interview next?
