I think people who filed in Nov 2023 are getting approval now. The average time for non-premium cases are longer than a year.

NOV 15, 2023 - Nebraska, I-140: still waiting… • Experience., Initially, it didn't make sense, besides for a “peace of mind” to file for premium processing since the timelines for filing were only months, and we could afford to wait as we weren't “current.” However, the situation has changed completely. If I had the chance and resources, I would file for premium processing immediately to get in line. An RFE (Request for Evidence) or a denial could potentially delay the priority date by years (No one Knows), and now every day counts. @Fnu Khan

dont go on the rankings. its very misleading. my fingerprints are done like a month ago and lawfully is still not updated . my ranking was 5th and now its 21

@Fnu Khan right now the PD whichnis current is 15 May 2023 . your priority date is 31st July 2024 . looking at the trends of visa bulliten it seems like it will take another 1 year or more before your priority date becomes current. so i will suggest you not to do PP at this time. because you have plenty of time and hopefully your NIW will be approved by then. however if you can afford PP and want a peace of mind that your NIW is approved then go for PP.

i did priority processing and was approved in 5 days in May 2023 and my proirity date became current in march 2025 bulliten., after almost 2 years
