you can call the uscis hot like they will give you an email and you send your reason for expedite and with supporting documents like if the reason was medical a supporting document would be a doctors email saying that your high risk and if your going to have medical treat it should be done sooner rather then later for this we cannot wait for the processing time and need to expedite
