yes it's more than 2 yrs already, I would like to know if there's anyone here who submitted medicals this last December and January and if they already received a decision from USCIS.

Hi! @Waiting For Years, can you explain more about service request and details need to be written before filing. My PD is Jan going to be current in March. I am planning to do request service in first week of March.

@Diego mendes Yeah me too, my lawyer mailed my medicals on 3rd week of January, and it's been 2 weeks for me. It's really crushing me everyday. I tried chatting with the live agent last week, and mentioned about transfer of my case to an FO, but uncertain when. This journey is really frustrating. Let me know if you already received a decision. Let's pray for a speedy response from them

@prince man you have to wait for your PD to be current. When my PD became current on Sept 2024, I waited until December because I haven't seen any update online, I was scared that it'll retrogress again. There's an option on your online account, you can inquire about your case. steps: click "Resources" on the upper right corner of your online uscis acct then click "send us a message" then choose "submit an inquiry directly in the office processing your case" and then click "case outside of normal processing time" you will receive an email regarding your inquiry, I am not just sure if right away I received the email or like after few days. On Dec. 11, 2024, there's an update online that they sent me a letter of RFIE, and they requested for my medicals. I guess my inquiry helped, someone had looked at my case. I only did that like 2 mos after my PD became current coz I didn't see any update online. You can do that too, but wait until your PD becomes current.

Dont lose your hope yet. My friend was current since September 2023 and waited a whole year to have his green card approved, he even had a 2nd interview too.

yes, indeed it's a good news!! the update says "new card is being produced". Yours is next! I didn't expect, we were just exchanging comments, and then this afternoon, 2 notifications popped up from this app! it's faster than uscis haha, until now I haven't received an email from USCIS but I already checked my online app and it's also updated. This app is amazing! yeah, my category is EB3 and I have 3 dependents, I still have to talk to my lawyer about it. Honestly, I still think it's just a dream, I barely even slept lol. See, it's dawn and I am wide awake.. I will pray that you'll receive yours soon. God bless!

@Feb 21 Indeed, God is good!! I wasn't expecting that I would be receiving the notification from this app, just this afternoon. I was just talking to my husband over the messenger, and tadaaa the 2 notifications popped up, and I am still in awe! I can't believe that after almost 5 years of the processing, I will be able to have the GC! This app & reddit helped a lot in boosting my morale while waiting..

@Feb 21 Thank you. hopefully they will be approved too, but I have to meet my lawyer soon since the card will be delivered to my lawyer I guess. I did the interview in 2022, but that time my PD retrogressed

@Diego mendes @prince man I will pray thay you will get your update soon..Ugh, since last week, I haven't received the card yet, I don't know, it feels weird coz I am worrying..I just chatted now with the uscis live agent, and he said that it has not been sent yet for production..I don't know why I feel frustrated

@Waiting For Years it could take 2-3 weeks until the card arrives. Don’t worry, they need to clear your non immigration status first, register you into the system and print the card last.
