I290B time line
hello All, we filed a I290B in November and still have not gotten any reply or response. they denied our petition on a clear error. we consulted 2 attorneys and they gave us the same response that it was denied in error. it's now been 103 days and still nothing. can anyone advise???

I’ve been waiting for 1.5 year to no response I290B. I don’t know how long it’s going to take for them to respond

after my fpu lagos interview my status changed to Ready from refused and I got an email to submit my international passport and after 2 weeks of submitting international passport I got another email stating I have been refused on the ground of mis representation and case sent back to Uscis with my status still showing Ready, all document submitted to the best of my knowledge are true I didn’t misrepresent any materials or fact , what can I do now ?

@Mitch NK did they reopen your case? I have not had any updates other than a notice was sent. this is so frustrating. my attorney said we could sue after 6 months. have you spoken with your attorney about how long it's taking ?
