Let me share my joy. I received my Christmas gift of approval of the I-140. The first step of this long and wonderful journey to achieve a common goal was achieved. Now we have to wait several more months for the visa bulletin to be up to date and for a visa to be available for me and my family. N400 question about work
I am filling out the N400 because I am married to an American citizen and I can do it after 3 years of having my Green card. They have been asking me about my job for the last 3 years, but I only started working 2 years ago at the same company I currently work for. So, do I just fill out the information about that job in that question? since before my husband works and was in charge of everything at home
timeline doesn’t add up.
My application is being processed in Lee’s Summit, MO. When checking shows estimated time until case decision is 62 months, same goes for the I-130. interview was waived. My friend went thro the same processes and received her green card within 6 months of applying.

Today we finally received 2/4 receipt on the mail and the biometrics notice, still no physical copy of I-765 (we got the # by text msn) or I-131 - is there a way to know if they have or are going to process I-131?
UPDATE: The check for I-131 has not been cashed, does this mean it won’t be processed/rejected? We did concurrent filling, all forms and payments mailed in a single package
